Often patients with chronic illness who have gone the route of traditional medicine have been unsuccessful in improving their health and getting to the root of the issue. By the time you begin working with Dr. Judy, you may already feel unwell and overwhelmed.
The journey with Dr. Judy can involve lots of testing and in-depth treatment plans. This can feel overwhelming to take on by yourself but the results are well worth it.
My role as a patient support specialist is to make this journey more manageable and to help maximize your success on your path to health. As a patient of Dr. Judy since 2019, and assisting several friends and family through her process, I understand first hand how in-depth the healing process is, how much bandwidth it requires to execute treatment plans and what it takes to maximize the potential of a positive outcome.
I am here to be your partner, your cheerleader and your tool on your healing journey.
Services and Fees
I offer two different options to best fit your needs. The first option is to pay for my services on an individual call basis. The second option is a monthly membership. See details below.
Individual call pricing with follow up support
New patient call $200
(new patient call with Dr. Judy is typically around 2 hours long)
Repeat patient call $125
(follow up calls with Dr. Judy are typically around 1 hour long)
Membership pricing
Monthly Membership $200/month
*Payment for all services above to be made directly to Kelley Meadors. For individual calls, payment is due on the date of the scheduled call with Dr. Judy. For the monthly membership, payment is also due on the date of the first scheduled call with Dr. Judy, and will continue as a monthly charge on the same date of each month until membership is canceled. 2 month minimum required. To cancel membership, please send a request in writing. 30 days advance notice required to cancel membership. Pricing is for the services provided by Kelley Meadors, and all services are non refundable. She is not part of the Vitality Wellness Clinic staff, and payment will be handled separately.
*Patient is responsible for giving permission for Kelley Meadors to receive copies of health records from Vitality Wellness Center ahead of call. Patient is also responsible for confirming with Kelley Meadors the appointment times they have scheduled with Dr. Judy.
Individual call fee includes:
I will join your call to take detailed notes, and be an experienced pair of ears to help record, breakdown and review Dr. Judy’s communication.
You will be provided with a detailed summary via email post call to include overall summary of findings, section on each test we review with feedback, treatment plan recommendation details and a summary of recommended follow up testing
(1) 15-minute follow up call after you have received the summary to review any questions
Membership fee includes:
Everything that the individual call pricing includes when you have appointments with Dr. Judy AND additional support from me in between calls with Dr. Judy
(1) 30-minute accountability call once per week to discuss any areas where you need extra support
Email support between sessions as needed
Why work with a patient support specialist
Working with a patient support specialist leads to a higher rate of success and follow through. The call summary gives patients the chance to review their testing and findings once they’ve had a chance to digest some of the initial information. It also allows them to be more present in their call, not worrying about remembering every specific detail.
