Kelley Meadors has been working in the holistic health and wellness field since 2016. She is a Human Design Development Coach, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Patient Support Specialist. She also has certifications with Yoga Alliance and Mindful Schools. Her personal health journey has given her experience in understanding environmental toxins, hormone health, fertility and gastrointestinal health, and is what led her to this work of helping clients navigate their own health journey successfully. Kelley is currently focused on helping her clients reconnect to their inner wisdom, rediscover their authenticity and find their unique rhythm through the lens of Human Design. She helps clients embrace their uniqueness, get unstuck, set healthy boundaries and get back to honoring who they are at their core.

Get to know me…

I am a wife, daughter, sister, friend, and dog mom.

I am someone who thrives on community and close connections, and I also thrive and recharge on quiet alone time. 

I am lit up by how the human body works, our bio individuality, anything health related, our human design, and how powerful the mind is.

I am happiest when I am in the sunshine, anywhere in nature but especially near water, dancing, seeing live music, doing almost anything with my husband who is also my best friend, or just snuggled up with a blanket on the couch with my sweet pups.

I love waking up feeling rested, the calm I feel from lighting a candle, the joy I experience from beautiful flowers blooming in the kitchen, and the sense of peace I get from my morning routine.

I am a 5/2 sacral generator (human design), 2 enneagram, ISFJ “defender”, a Cancer (Cancer sun, Virgo moon, Gemini rising) and a highly sensitive individual. As I continue to work on myself, I have loved learning more about my personality and design to better understand my conditioning, and know how to support myself to continue to grow and find my flow. What my health journey has taught me

Health is a journey, not a destination and healing is not linear.

We are the biggest experts on our own health. Trust yourself and don’t just accept something if it doesn’t feel right.

Everything in the body is connected. Our bodies are very intelligent and can heal themselves given the right tools and support. We need to get to the root cause instead of continually treating symptoms like they are not connected.

We are all uniquely individual beings. There is no one exactly like us and that is a beautiful thing.

Diet and lifestyle changes can be greatly impactful to your health. What you feed your body and mind matters. How you treat your body physically, mentally and emotionally matters.

Toxic overload is extremely common and leads to a number of health conditions and symptoms. This is not typically addressed in traditional medicine.

As our world becomes increasingly more toxic, in our environment, food, and products, it is important to understand how to support detoxification in the best way for each individual.

Food is medicine. The quality of what you eat actually changes your cells.

There is no one perfect diet. You need to find the foods that love you back.

Pelvic pain is not normal. Women's bodies are still not as understood as one might think. We need to be our own advocate.

Pain is all consuming but also temporary.

Learning to truly love and respect yourself is one of the most important things you can learn. Talk to yourself the way you would talk to your best friend.

Setting healthy boundaries will change your life.
